KCNH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX46, GHRL, and OR2D3. Each is linked with KCNH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH6-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX46 grouped by KCNH6-low versus KCNH6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
