KCNH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are YES1, GXYLT1, and GTPBP4. Each is linked with KCNH5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YES1 grouped by KCNH5-low versus KCNH5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
