KCNH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,331 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8D1, CFHR4, and CDH12. Each is linked with KCNH5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNH5 versus OR8D1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
