KCNH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 969 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with KCNH5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition grouped by KCNH5-low versus KCNH5-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
