KCNH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 724 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, FAM71E2, and OR2L5. Each is linked with KCNH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by KCNH5-low versus KCNH5-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
