KCNH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with KCNH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by KCNH1-low versus KCNH1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
