KCNH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXA, BHLHE23, and OR1L6. Each is linked with KCNH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXA grouped by KCNH1-low versus KCNH1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
