KCNG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, YAP, and eIF4E. Each is linked with KCNG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by KCNG2-low versus KCNG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
