KCNG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E3P, RPS29P32, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with KCNG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31E3P grouped by KCNG1-low versus KCNG1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
