KCNF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4EP5, ENPP3, and IDH3A. Each is linked with KCNF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNF1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF4EP5 grouped by KCNF1-low versus KCNF1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
