KCNF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1, CALHM4, and PROP1. Each is linked with KCNF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNF1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASZ1 grouped by KCNF1-low versus KCNF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
