Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNE5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, KRTAP21-2, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with KCNE5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by KCNE5-low versus KCNE5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
