Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,115 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNE1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNE1, LYST, and SMIM34B. Each is linked with KCNE1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE1B-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNE1B versus KCNE1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
