Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNE1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Neutrophils and Preadipocytes. Each is linked with KCNE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE1 results are reported.
