KCND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P7, YARS1, and ADNP2. Each is linked with KCND1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCND1-to-partner and partner-to-KCND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P7 grouped by KCND1-low versus KCND1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
