KCNC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,671 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM4, CCNB2, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with KCNC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM4 grouped by KCNC2-low versus KCNC2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
