KCNC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, GJA8, and ALPI. Each is linked with KCNC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L8 grouped by KCNC2-low versus KCNC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
