KCNB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, TMOD2, and DDAH2. Each is linked with KCNB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNB1 versus CRMP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
