KCNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUSAP1, KNSTRN, and OIP5. Each is linked with KCNB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUSAP1 grouped by KCNB1-low versus KCNB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
