KCNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,060 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUZP4, OR8B8, and GPR182. Each is linked with KCNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LUZP4 grouped by KCNB1-low versus KCNB1-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
