KCNAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,005 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CD, CYTH4, and FAM78A. Each is linked with KCNAB2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNAB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNAB2 versus PIK3CD in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
