KCNAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNAB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCK, ITGAL, and ITGAX. Each is linked with KCNAB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNAB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNAB2 versus HCK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
