KCNAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Annexin-1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KCNAB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNAB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by KCNAB2-low versus KCNAB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
