Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,842 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNAB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle fusion, Xenophagy, and Tissue homeostasis. Each is linked with KCNAB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNAB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNAB2 results are reported.
