KCNA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ACVRL1, and TFRC. Each is linked with KCNA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA7-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by KCNA7-low versus KCNA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
