KCNA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,099 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Positive regulation of cell morphogenesis, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with KCNA7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA7-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by KCNA7-low versus KCNA7-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
