KCNA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,786 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, UHRF1, and SSRP1. Each is linked with KCNA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA6-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by KCNA6-low versus KCNA6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
