KCNA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,772 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARCL1, HEYL, and RASL12. Each is linked with KCNA5 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNA5 versus SPARCL1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
