Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, POLE2, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with KCNA5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCA grouped by KCNA5-low versus KCNA5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
