Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with KCNA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA5 results are reported.
