Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC2, PIP, and OR1L4. Each is linked with KCNA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA5 results are reported.
