KCNA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 341 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with KCNA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process grouped by KCNA4-low versus KCNA4-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
