KCNA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 752 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, PIRT, and SCN1A. Each is linked with KCNA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by KCNA4-low versus KCNA4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
