KCNA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,060 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP10, ZSCAN22, and RBM14. Each is linked with KCNA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP10 grouped by KCNA2-low versus KCNA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
