KCNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,673 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPC2, PPP1R1A, and FAM89A. Each is linked with KCNA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNA2 versus GPC2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
