KCNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, CENPU, and HAUS1. Each is linked with KCNA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by KCNA1-low versus KCNA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
