The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher KBTBD12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KBTBD12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where KBTBD12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
