Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAZALD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,284 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAZALD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP10, PLEKHA8, and GAB1. Each is linked with KAZALD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAZALD1-to-partner and partner-to-KAZALD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KAZALD1 versus GTPBP10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAZALD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAZALD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
