Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAZALD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,765 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAZALD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid catabolic process, Blood coagulation, intrinsic pathway, and Oncostatin-M-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with KAZALD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAZALD1-to-partner and partner-to-KAZALD1 results are reported.
