KATNIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KATNIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and C-Raf. Each is linked with KATNIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNIP-to-partner and partner-to-KATNIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by KATNIP-low versus KATNIP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
