Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNBL1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,900 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KATNBL1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Obsolete histone modification, and TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with KATNBL1P2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNBL1P2-to-partner and partner-to-KATNBL1P2 results are reported.
