KATNBL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KATNBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4EBP2P3, RPS12P15, and VN1R105P. Each is linked with KATNBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNBL1-to-partner and partner-to-KATNBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF4EBP2P3 grouped by KATNBL1-low versus KATNBL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
