KATNAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KATNAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, Src_pY527, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with KATNAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNAL1-to-partner and partner-to-KATNAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by KATNAL1-low versus KATNAL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
