KAT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,923 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCH, KATNIP, and SLC25A13. Each is linked with KAT8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT8-to-partner and partner-to-KAT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKCH grouped by KAT8-low versus KAT8-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
