Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, PDPN, and LUC7L3. Each is linked with KAT7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT7-to-partner and partner-to-KAT7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KAT7 versus YPEL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
