KAT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with KAT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT7-to-partner and partner-to-KAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by KAT7-low versus KAT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
