Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation, DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with KAT7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT7-to-partner and partner-to-KAT7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation grouped by KAT7-low versus KAT7-high in LUNG_SCLC.
