KAT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A7, RBMY1E, and SI. Each is linked with KAT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT7-to-partner and partner-to-KAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A7 grouped by KAT7-low versus KAT7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
