KAT6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAXDC2, NIPA2P5, and CTLA4. Each is linked with KAT6A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT6A-to-partner and partner-to-KAT6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAXDC2 grouped by KAT6A-low versus KAT6A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
