Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,737 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAT6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Heterochromatin formation, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with KAT6A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT6A-to-partner and partner-to-KAT6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair grouped by KAT6A-low versus KAT6A-high in BONE.
